**What will you do?**

We are seeking a Business Analyst who excels in both business understanding and data management. In this role, 60% of your focus will be on understanding and improving business processes, while the remaining 40% will involve working with data—analyzing it, managing it, and using tools like Power BI and SQL to deliver actionable insights.

**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Business Analysis (60%)**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand key processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data-related projects;
- Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and ensure that data initiatives align with strategic goals.
- ** Data Management and Analysis (40%)**:

- Use Power BI and SQL to analyze data, create reports, and build dashboards that support business decision-making;
- Manage and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all reports and insights;
- Learn and adapt to new data tools and technologies as needed to meet business needs;
- Work with the IT and data teams to ensure the availability and integrity of data sources.

**Your profile**:

- ** Business Acumen**:

- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map and optimize them;
- Ability to align data initiatives with business objectives and communicate the impact of data-driven decisions.
- ** Analytical Skills**:

- Proficiency in analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that support business strategies;
- Experience in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is preferred, with the ability to learn and manage these tools as required;
- Basic understanding of data modeling and database management is a plus.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations;
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- ** Educational Background and Experience**:

- Holds a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or possesses equivalent relevant experience;
- Experience in a business analyst role with a focus on both business processes and data analysis.
