**About the role**

For our HR team we are looking for an energetic HR Generalist who will focus on HR administration and HR operations and take on an advisory role for dedicated teams.

You will handle the day-to-day HR operations and administration and you will collaborate closely with team leads to align HR strategies with business objectives, manages employee relations, talent management, and change initiatives within their assigned business units, and ensures compliance with HR policies and regulations. Tasks include:

- Main point of contact for all employees for HR-related inquiries
- Process new hires, including on-boarding documentation, creation of files, systems set-up, and coordination of onboarding
- Provide support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is provided on time and is accurate. Liaise with finance team to guarantee smooth salary payments
- Maintain our HRIS, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners
- Partnering with dedicated team leads - supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy for your areas of responsibility, acting as a sparring partne

**About you**

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic team player. We are a growing organization and are looking to add someone to the team who can help us build a strong and effective HR function. This is an ideal role for a strong administrator who wants to add additional advisory tasks to their role. Furthermore,
- You have 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration and sufficient knowledge of Dutch legislation regarding employment, sickness and other labor related issues.
- You are knowledgeable on HR Information systems, payroll processes and benefit administration and not afraid to learn something new (we use HiBob btw)
- You are self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy
- You are a strong team player; you understand the importance of working together towards common goals and recognize that collective efforts lead to greater innovation and success
