**About VR Expert**:
VR Expert is a fast-growing international virtual reality/augmented reality B2B reseller. We provide our clients with VR/AR hardware and services. We serve companies such as Douwe Egberts, Heineken, and the Police. VR Expert's headquarters are in Utrecht, but we also have an office in Cologne (Germany). Furthermore, we have account managers active in several regions (Nordics, Eastern Europe, etc.).

**Team Description**:
VR Expert is a diverse company consisting of many ambitious people from various backgrounds (we have more than 10 nationalities). The overall company average age is around 30 and the atmosphere is informal but our ambitions are big.
This is a role in our Operations team, which consists of 4 people and the working language within our team is English. We are responsible for preparing and sending shipments of VR products to our clients on a global scale. Because of this you will work closely with the customer success team and the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
In our warehouse, you are responsible for preparing and dispatching orders. You pre-install headsets, book shipments, prepare all documents and customs papers, pack boxes, and prepare pallets. ensure everything runs neatly and structured. Additionally, you manage the incoming goods flow.

**Tasks**:
Your day consists of the following tasks:

- Pre-installing VR/AR Headsets
- Picking orders
- Managing incoming goods
- Logistic operations including the preparation of (international) shipment and custom papers
- Consulting with the German warehouse

**Location**:
You will work at our head office in Utrecht.

**What we are looking for**:
VR Expert is looking for a Logistics Operations Associate.
- You're fluent in English, Dutch language skills are not necessary but nice to have.
- No need to be Dutch however since we can't sponsor visas, having work authorization is required.
- You are proactive and motivated.
- You have an eye for detail and can bring structure to some of our processes.
- You have affinity with technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €2.318,00 - €2.600,00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 3555 HW Oud-Zuilen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
