ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORYOUR ROLE-
WHAT WILL YOU DO?- As Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage a team of approximately 25 people daily. You will work closely with the other Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and Supervisor. Your workplace is in Roosendaal, and we serve various customers on this campus, including fashion and industrial clients. The client you will be working for is a fashion client for whom we supply 86 European stores. Depending on the season, there are 200-700 people working here. Our warehouse is approximately 60,000 m2 in size, and you will be part of a dedicated and international team.- The warehouse operates from 06:00 AM to 00:00 AM, so the role involves shift operations. The working hours are 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM and 03:00 PM to 00:00 AM, alternating weekly with your colleague Assistant Warehouse Supervisor. Your working area will be at the Uniqlo contract. The department you will be placed is Expedition.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- You are someone who naturally takes on a leadership role. Quality is your focus, and you quickly grasp processes and procedures. Additionally, you come up with initiatives that can be used for improvements. Moreover, you bring the following knowledge and experience:
- Leadership experience in logistics, Retail, or FMCG;
- Passion for working in a LEAN environment and the ambition to continuously improve (processes);
- Knowledge of warehousing and automated information systems;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- The ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.

- A competitive salary ranging from €2.500;
- to €3.300;
- depending on your experience and educational level;
- A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent contract;
