**Your responsibilities**:

- You will focus on delivering consistently high standards in preparing, producing and presenting dishes - combining culinary skill with a passion for brilliant food.
- We will give you the chance to input into menu development. We will also welcome your ideas for improving processes in your kitchen section.
- You will ensure all guests leave happy by adapting and handling any special requests you might receive.
- We want you to be proactive in contributing to menu development and identifying opportunities to improve processes - you will be empowered to explore new ways of working within your kitchen section.
