Within the Groupe Roullier, **Timab Magnesium** (800 p.) is an expert in the commercialization of magnesium products for the agricultural, industrial and environmental fields. Committed to constant innovation and continuous improvement, Timab Magnesium is growing and expanding in France and abroad. With a structure on a human scale, it places the experience of its employees at the heart of all its managerial concerns.

**Main responsibilities**:
Supported by our technical, marketing, logistics and quality teams, your main missions will be:

- Develop and expand the business in your region.
- Understand and monitor the market (technical development, competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations).
- Maintain and develop the client portfolio by working closely with your network.
- Negotiate commercial contracts to achieve a successful supply to your customers with optimal results.
- Oversee the full order and delivery process to create the best service to your customers.
- Insure the reporting of your commercial activity (CRM)
- An onboarding training period as well as technical and commercial support will ensure that you are quickly operational on the raw materials and specialty markets._

**Profile required**:
Preferably, you graduated with a **bachelor’s / Master's degree**, majoring in** business and/or engineering**: chemistry, natural sciences, mechanical engineering or similar.
You have a** first significant experience in sales** of technical products/solutions in the industrial, chemical or commodities sector. If you have a business/sales degree, you must possess technical knowledge with a technical sales experience.

Your key factors of success rely on your **ground presence**, **your capacity to adapt** to your interlocutors,** your strength of conviction**,** your tenacity** and **your technical and commercial expertise.**

**Perfect command of English and French **is mandatory for this role, any other European language is welcome (German, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese, Polish).

National and international travelling up to 30-40% of the working time.
- A training course of several weeks, a continuing sales education, as well as a strong technical support will ensure you rapid and lasting results._
