The Rozenburg site employs about 60 people and produces a wide range of specialist PMMA products and toll manufacturers resins and film compound for two other Mitsubishi chemical businesses.

**About the position**

You are responsible for the operational management of our Rozenburg site, ensuring optimal efficiency of operations while creating a safe working environment. This includes budget planning, optimizing manufacturing processes (including planning and maintenance), quality control, ESH (Environmental, Safety & Health), and strategy implementation.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You will operate and manage the development of the Rozenburg site to meet company and statutory SHE expectations
- You will plan capability to deliver the Polymer business strategy and ensure the business is developing a stronger competitive edge through excellence
- The required products with the highest cost effectiveness you are responsible for
- You manage all operations and functions at the Rozenburg site and are responsible for negotiations with the Works Council and unions, but also with the legal authorities
- As a member of the Polymer Business Team (together with the Commercial Director, R&D Director, General Manager and Business Analyst) you are responsible for the success of the business

**Your Experience**
- University degree (preferable in Engineering)
- You have a proven record of achieving excellence in the management of SHE and manufacturing performance, at least you have multiple years of experience in the plastics or chemical industry, including contractual management
- Your language skill in Dutch and English is fluent
- You have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
