**Introduction to the job**

**Role and responsibilities**
You provide end-to-end services that enable ASML to install, support and improve our products at our customer’s facilities from our global offices. Good examples are Remote Tool Operation and Scheduled File Transfers. Next to a large running operation there are several big projects running in this context.
You will be delivering critical services in a demanding global industry, making this a challenging role.

As a _delivery manager_, you are responsible for:

- Managing demand (incl. short-, mid
- and long-term roadmaps)
- Managing suppliers that are providing the key platforms and suppliers that are providing the support teams.
- Managing service delivery and global deployment (incl. the triple constraints: time, budget, quality)
- Managing stakeholders (end-user management, internal IT departments that your services depend on, etc).

As a _people manager_, you are responsible for managing the individuals in your scope.

As a _MT member_, you are responsible for:

- Financial management (within your scope: annual budget, actuals, etc.)
- Supporting and improving the department as a whole

**Education & experience**
Help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on hightech products and with complex processes. As Manager Customer Connectivity, you’ll need:

- At least a MSc degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years experience with building/ managing IT delivery teams
- At least 5 years experience as a leader in a multi-team environment
- At least 3 years experience with working with large IT suppliers & off-shoring
- Preferably a technical background or a strong interest in technology
- Experience in managing internationally distributed teams
- Experience in an equivalent environment (size, complexity, industry, domain) is a strong plus
