By joining our team, you will be part of the **Service department**. This department is responsible for ensuring our systems at customers are operational and run smoothly, so our customers are able to run production. By means of regular in field maintenance, quick response to defects and reliable remote support, the team ensures our customers can continuously rely on our systems.

**You support our success by**:

- Leading the Field Service Engineering team (14 employees) and taking care of employee development including external and internal training;
- Ensuring the correct composition of the team and monitoring work quality and quantity of the Field Service Engineers;
- Creating the maintenance planning together with the Service Coordinator to fulfil contractual agreements;
- Promoting a customer-oriented attitude and ambassadorial function of the Field Service Engineers;
- Being responsible for the P&L of the Service department and translating long-term plans into operational actions;
- Initiating improvement processes and taking measurements to solve problems related to quality, response time and maintenance methods;
- Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance takes place according to defined standards and working methods.

**Your experience includes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technical studies;
- Minimum of 5-10 years working experience within leading an international service organization;
- Strong communicational and organizational skills;
- Experience with change management;
- Experience with international customers;
- Exerience with Project Management is a plus;
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required, additional languages are a plus;
- Since this position includes (international) travel, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
