**_What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day_**

Als onze nieuwe Assistant Store Manager ben jij samen met de Storekeeper en Purchasing Manager verantwoordelijk voor de voorraadbeheer van de producten in onze magazijnen. In deze positie ben je een belangrijke schakel in het team waarbij je samenwerkt met alle afdelingen in het hotel.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen van alle binnenkomende producten;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van leveringsvoorraad;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van maandelijkse voorraadafnames;
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle ontvangen voorraad op de juist plek van het hotel komt;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de emballage;
- Verantwoordelijk voor afvalbeheer;
- Onderhoudt contact met leveranciers;
- Controles van de HACCP in de opslagruimte, vriezer en koelkasten;
- Aanvragen creditnota's;
- Het creëren van PO’s voor de keuken;
- Het controleren van facturen aan de hand van pakbonnen.
