You will be responsible for helping our clients identify and solve their strategic objectives, digital transformation, problem-solving, and project management within the world of Social Media Marketing.

**You love Social Media Marketing**
As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be a part of the development, execution, and optimisation of Paid Social activities for some of the most ambitious companies. You will cooperate with our other specialists across our offices, and together with your colleagues, you will play an important role in making sure that our offerings remain competitive in the dynamic digital landscape.

Specifically, you will be working with:

- Development, optimisation, and execution of clients’ paid social strategy
- Incrementality testing and creative performance
- Strategic and business-oriented sparring for clients with a focus on the clients’ needs, goals, and challenges
- Analysing performance of campaigns both short and long-term
- Proactively working with client services on campaign set-up and optimisation strategy
- Strategic cooperation with other specialists to guarantee a holistic approach to digital marketing

**This is you**
We expect you to have **5-7 years of experience** with Paid Social, preferably from a similar role in a digital agency. Furthermore, you:

- Have experience in team management and are a team player
- Have experience with the development and execution of media campaigns and creative strategies
- Have experience with relevant tools e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit
- Can deliver thorough research and findings on brand and performance on social channels
- Are direct and open in your communication and you deliver high-end, well-thought-through presentations
- Are reliable, present, and empathic in your dialogue with clients and colleagues
- Work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
