**Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It**

This role sits within the Marketing & Performance team and more specifically within the Digital Marketing team. This team works alongside our other Global Marketing functions in order to synchronize performance across our entire marketing funnel. The Marketing & Performance team's purpose is to enable The Social Hub organization (on both sides global and central) to be more customer-centric and take data and ROI-driven decisions. By creating a digital hub, the purpose is to enable a lean central team, to operate most effectively and be more agile to respond to market opportunities.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

**What You'll Do**:

- Responsible for digital marketing strategy and management of paid media strategy and execution in collaboration with media agency
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on paid media to drive awareness, traffic and conversions, maximizing ROI
- Collaborate closely with media team to ensure testing & learnings are developed and implemented across digital channels and campaigns
- Lead E2E Digital Funnel Meetings to review marketing funnel performance
- Work with Growth Marketing Manager (growth & commercial teams) to set the digital multichannel goals and is accountable for performance e.g. revenue, leads etc
- Works with Growth Marketing Manager to ensure channels are fully synched with commercial calendars
- Attend product groups if a specific channel update is needed e.g. deep dive on TLC channel tactics
- Lead in-campaign optimisation, think out of the box and leads all the channel experiments
- also consolidates with web experiments
- Leads implementation across the paid media funnel and own paid media tracking and dashboarding
- Expert in data-driven audience/product insights from digital channels. Also has product knowledge but not to same depth as Growth Marketer (i.e. non-Digital)

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in a similar role with a focus on performance marketing
- Deep knowledge and understanding of paid media channels
- Proven experience in managing, testing and optimising campaign and channel performance
- Strong analytical skills including experience with incrementality and data analysis tools like GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with brand, growth, CRM including providing clear guidelines, briefs
- Ability to strategize - develop objectives, tactics, target estimates and budget planning
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
