**What You'll Do**:

- **Campaign Management**: Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns focused on driving ROI, from planning to execution and optimization.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with media teams to develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives across channels.
- **Performance Analysis**: Own digital dashboards and reporting, focusing on attribution and incrementality to measure true channel impact.
- **Channel Strategy**: Develop multi-channel digital strategies and work closely with the Product Marketing team to align with commercial calendars.
- **Funnel Optimization**: Oversee full-funnel digital performance, coordinating regular meetings to assess and optimize marketing funnels.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Leverage customer segmentation and channel insights to fine-tune strategies and maximize engagement.

**Who You Are**:

- A seasoned digital marketer with **5-7 years of relevant experience**, specializing in digital marketing.
- Analytical, with a strong grasp of **SEO, social media, and digital data analysis tools** (e.g., GA4, Looker).
- A strategic thinker, capable of **developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns** that deliver measurable results.
- Skilled in project management with an ability to collaborate across departments, from CRM to brand and product marketing.
- Passionate about staying on top of industry trends, with a creative flair to push boundaries.
