Plant Controller

Tronox is the largest vertically integrated producer of titanium-containing ore and titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment. They are an international company with approximately 7,000 employees, on 6 different continents and headquartered in the United States. The location in the **Botlek** is the only factory in the Netherlands that produces pigment from ore.

As an Experienced **Plant Controller (M/F/x)**, you'll work closely with the Site Controller to optimize financial processes and achieve results. You will be part of a Finance team consisting of 6 members and will report directly to the Site Controller. Key qualities for this role include being a team player, initiator, results-oriented, quality-focused, and accurate, with strong skills in progress monitoring.

**Core activities**:

- ** Preparing management reports** and analyses
- Providing stakeholders with essential insights (both financial and non-financial) to make informed decisions
- You'll act as **the primary financial business partner for cost analysis** and variance analysis related to unit operations
- Measuring and analyzing business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets will be part of your role
- Additionally, you'll step in for the site controller during his absence

**Profile**:

- ** Strong financial acumen and attention to detail** are essential for this role
- a bachelor or academic level of education
- ** Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience** in a similar role, preferably in an international production environment
- a team player with excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in both **Dutch and English (spoken and written) is necessary**:

- knowledge of **Microsoft** **Office** and **SAP**

**Offer**:
