Voor ons team binnen onze vestiging in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste
medewerker die onze klanten optimaal weet te bedienen.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten;
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de buitendienst;
- Je beantwoordt vragen, voert secuur gegevens in systemen in, geeft op een professionele wijze

advies en zorgt er vooral voor dat klanten vertrouwen hebben in de geboden oplossing;
- Je bereidt offertes voor;
- Je vraagt prijzen op bij de betreffende fabrikanten;
- Je volgt regelmatig product trainingen en softskills trainingen;
- Salarisindicatie € 4.000;
- OTE (On Target Earnings) - Opgebouwd uit een basis en bonuscomponent,

afhankelijk van resultaat, met snelle doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Vereisten
- Je hebt MBO+/HBO werk
- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt ruime aantoonbare ervaring in deze functie en bij voorkeur werkervaring in de IT-sector;
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift, een

goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre;
- Je bent resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht, kunt goed zelfstandig werken en hebt een groot

verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteitsbewaking en klanttevredenheid.
