Hostnet (onderdeel van group.**one** Nederland, locatie Amsterdam) is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Inside Sales Representative.

Met onze teams faciliteren wij onze klanten in het hosten, ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van websites en webshops. **Wat ga je doen?**:
Online succes betekent krachtige hosting oplossingen. En dat is precies waar Hostnet zich op richt met de afdeling Accountmanagement. Om onze grootste klanten razendsnelle hosting te bieden.

Je bent onderdeel van een team en samen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het helpen van onze succesvolle klanten. Je adviseert de klant proactief over instellingen, caching, alternatieve pakketten en de beste hosting oplossingen. Je werk beperkt zich niet tot Hostnet - we zijn onderdeel van group.**one** - met dezelfde missie.

Je kwalificeert potentiële klanten voor upgrade/upsell/cross-sell. Daarbij zet je interne en externe tools in om problemen van klanten te identificeren en mee te denken over oplossingen. Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en volgt klantcases op tijd op.

**Wie zoeken wij?**:
**Functie-eisen**:

- Je bent mínimaal 32u per week beschikbaar, die je voornamelijk op kantoor uitvoert;
- Je hebt ervaring met klantenservice of je beschikt over klantgerichte vaardigheden;
- Je kan je goed inleven in de klant en biedt de klant advies - consultative selling ervaring is een pré;
- Je hebt passie voor het communiceren met klanten, de hele dag door, elke dag. Je hebt de wil om ook ontevreden klanten te veranderen in ambassadeurs van Hostnet;
- Je bent gretig en je hebt de wil om bij te leren en je vaardigheden te verbeteren;
- Je hebt een teamspeler - mind
- en skillset en je bent in staat om te leren wat succesvol is en je bent bereid om dat te delen met je teamleden.

**Competenties**:

- Je bent klantgericht, klantvriendelijk en doet net dat stapje extra om de klant tevreden te stellen;
- Je schriftelijk en mondeling communicatieve vaardigheden zijn uitstekend;
- Je signaleert problemen tijdig. Je bent analytisch aangelegd en gaat oplossingsgericht te werk: je weet hoe je problemen kunt troubleshooten;
- Je bent resultaatgericht: gedreven om targets te behalen;
- Je bent innovatief en proactief.

- een salaris van €3.400 tot €3.600 inclusief bonussen bij on target earnings (met mogelijkheid tot overscoren);
