About the JobWe are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing high-volume accounts, growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, tracking and analyzing data, and communicating insights to the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales or lead generation, with a strong understanding of the IT and cloud-based technology industry. German language skills are required, with a minimum level of C1.
Responsibilities- Nurture high-volume accounts and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Track, analyze, and communicate data to the sales team
- Work with client business segments, handling small to medium-sized opportunities, and lead qualification steps
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or lead generation
- German language skills, minimum level C1
- Prior inside sales experience, emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
- Quota-based sales experience, sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
The estimated annual salary for this position is around €32,000 - €36,000, based on a 38-hour workweek and a salary range of €15-€16 per hour.
