Jouw uitdagingen

Je ondersteunt bij belangrijke dossiers voor KPMG, wat impact en voldoening geeft

In een hecht team werk je samen met collega's, andere afdelingen en externe leveranciers

- Jouw ontwikkeling staat centraal, met persoonlijke onboarding en on-the-job support in een organisatie die constant werkt aan kwaliteit en procesverbeteringDit neem jij mee
- Hbo
- of WO-studie afgerond in de richting van (bedrijfs)economie, finance of facilites
- Energieke teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands en Engels) en proactief in probleemoplossing
- Planner en onderhandelaar die resultaten behaalt binnen de juiste timing
- Vertrouwelijk en discreet in omgang met prijs
- en contractuele afspraken
- Kennis van wetgeving (vooral privacy & security), Excel-vaardigheden en ervaring in Coupa als pré
- Deze eisen geven een richting van het profiel dat wij zoeken voor deze functie. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat voornamelijk mannelijke kandidaten al bij een 60% match solliciteren en vrouwen bij een 100% match. Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?
- Onze interne collega’s kunnen bij dit team terecht voor advies en ondersteuning voor al hun (non product) inkoopbehoeften. Met externe partners gaat Procurement aan de slag om de aankoop van alle benodigde leveringen, dienstverlening en onderhoudswerken volgens de juiste voorwaarden te realiseren. Wij houden hierbij rekening met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen in het kader van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen. Zo halen we niet alleen het beste uit de markt, maar werken we als Procurement op onze manier mee om ESG-doelstellingen te halen. Samen met ons groeiende team, met momenteel 3 Category Managers en het Service Center team, ondersteun je alle stappen van de verschillende fases in het inkoopproces. Een job waar nauwkeurigheid en collegialiteit essentieel zijn. Je bent energiek, leergierig en enthousiast. Je bereidt alle inkoopdossiers voor en volgt ze op van A t/m Z. Je krijgt veel autonomie binnen de functie wat het werk uitdagend maakt..
