We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to join us on a Social Media Marketing & Content Creation internship for 5+ months (we can adapt the time to your study requirements).

Who are we?

We are a German tourism company that has a special love for Amsterdam, its history, culture and artistic sector. Our small yet dedicated team is driven to show tourists from the DACH region around our beautiful city to help them establish their own individual relationship with Amsterdam and Dutch culture. We live for what we do and try to make their time with us special: from the first call, till the end of any tour.

Your tasks:

- Creating creative marketing concepts that you can implement in the spirit of our personal branding
- Creating social media posts (especially on Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn)
- Performance tracking of your content
- Content creation (especially photos, short reels, YouTube videos) for our social media channels
- Current market and trend analysis
- Independently plan and organize the posting calendar
- Brainstorm new ideas and strategies
- Illustrate your work and results using measurable data (e.g. engagement development)

Your profile:

- You are currently enrolled in a full-time course (bachelor or master degree) with a focus on marketing, social media, communication science or a similar field (4th semester or higher)
- You are looking for a 5+ month internship (shorter to be discussed) starting 01.06 or 01.07
- You have excellent written and spoken skills, both in German and English
- You love Amsterdam and can't wait to share its diverse and beautiful sides with the world
- You have an affinity with social media, you know what's happening online and you feel at home in the fast-paced world
- You are very responsible, organized and you can work independently
- You are stress-resistant, spontaneous and you can react quickly to changes without breaking a sweat (this is still the tourism industry ;))
- You bring curiosity and a good dose of creativity
- Ideally, you already have previous experience in social media, marketing, content creation and communications
- Previous experience in/interest in the tourism sector is a bonus
- Ideally you have experience with photography and/or creating short and long videos for Instagram & YouTube (+ experience with common editing programs)
