**THIS IS YOU**:
As Social Media Intern, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the social media team with content creation, engagement strategies, and platform management across various social media platforms. This role is tailor-made for passionate individuals who live and breathe social media, with a special love for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and more. We're looking for someone bursting with creativity, enthusiasm, and an innate understanding of social media trends to join our dynamic team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Staying up to date with and reporting on the latest trends across social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn;
- Sourcing and editing user generated content and existing artist/artwork content in alignment with Moco values and current Moco exhibitions and campaigns;
- Contributing to monthly content brainstorming sessions;
- Inputting directly to our social media calendar;
- Assisting our content creator with social media content creation, attending photoshoots etc.;
- Adapting, formatting and scheduling social media content;
- Storing and organising visual files on our shared drive;
- Responding to comments and DMs on social media platforms;
- Tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability;
- Supporting the rest of our marketing team with additional tasks;
- Ensuring that the company tone of voice is engaging and consistent throughout all communication channels - internally and externally.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You are currently enrolled or graduated in the last year in an associate or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Art or related study;
- You’re an out-of-the-box thinker who likes to take the risk or lose the chance;
- You are detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive with the ability to work accurately within a fast-paced, creative environment;
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English(Dutch/Spanish/Catalan is an added bonus);
- Capable and keen to read statistics and keep weekly reporting spreadsheets up to date;
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for trends in the communications channels of global contemporary art museums;
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and simple editing tools like CapCut;
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
