**About the job**

As a Store Associate at our new store in Amsterdam, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting daily store operations and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer service will help create a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and friendly character will ensure our customers leave with a positive impression of our brand. From a brand and service perspective, we see our store as a beautiful extension of our webshop, which we have been running with love for the past seven years. **General responsibilities**
- Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly sharing it with customers.
- Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate, both inside and out.
- Assist in organizing in-store events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and answering their questions.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets.
- Assist with managing store inventory and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Profile**
- Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand.
- Based in Amsterdam.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and presentable personality.
- Willingness to work on weekends.

**Skills**
- Customer and service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
- Team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
