To support our team at the **a&o Rotterdam City** we are** looking for YOU** A hard-working and independent a **Receptionist / Night Audit** (M/F/x) to manage our Front Office.

**YOUR JOB**
- You organise and coordinate work processes at the reception desk during the night
- You are mainly responsible for the check-in and check-out of the guests.
- You maintain contact with our guests
- During the night you will make preparations for the smooth running of the following day
- You prepare hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar
- You will also ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Ideally, experience or completed training in tourism
- Great sense of responsibility
- Independent way of working and the ability to work in a team
- A high degree of commitment and independence
- Your** English** skills are on B2 level - Dutch skills are highly preferred and of course we are happy for every additional language you are able to speak
