**Duty Manager Dutch Pancake Masters 16-38 hours**

**What will you do?**

As a Duty Manager at Dutch Pancake Masters, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You start your day by overseeing the meticulous mise-en-place, ensuring everything is prepared for our guests' arrival. You lead by example, welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities include managing the team, handling the cash register, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment. You address guests' needs, answer questions about allergies, and remain calm under pressure. At the end of the day, you work with your team to tidy and clean the restaurant for the next shift. As a leader, you are a team player, versatile, and work flexible hours.

With a strong commercial focus, you will drive and protect key business KPIs, ensuring the restaurant meets its financial and operational goals. You will collaborate closely with other Duty Managers and the General Manager to create an inspiring work environment where team members can grow and excel. Your ability to coach and motivate your team will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and quality.

**Your Workplace**

Dutch Pancake Masters is located in the heart of the Amsterdam City Centre on a 3 min walk from Central Station. The 'Casual Dining' concept caters to guests who enjoy elaborate dining. By truly amazing them, we complete the Dutch Pancake Masters experience. Throughout the day, the shift leader is your point of contact regarding tasks. Your supervisor is the Operational Team Lead.

**What do you bring?**
- You are a hospitality professional with leadership experience, preferably in restaurants.
- You are a team player and bring positive energy with you.
- You are a reliable, responsible and proactive with strong communication skills
- You are guest-oriented, enterprising, and capable of giving guests an unforgettable experience.
- You are commercially driven
- You are innovative and fast in adapting changing circumstances
- You have at least an MBO work and thinking level.

You are available 2 to 5 days per week, including weekend. You can also work during holidays and partially on public holidays.

**What do we offer?**
- A one-year contract between of 16-38 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A salary between € 2600 and €3100 per month depending on experience level and based on an average of 38 hours per week.
- 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel expenses
- 25 vacation days per year for a full-time position of 38 hours per week.

We ask all new employees to submit a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). After all, you are the face of Dutch Pancake Masters This will be discussed during the selection procedure.
