Sinko Projects & Engineering B.V. is op zoek naar een pragmatische HSE-veiligheidsexpert (MVK) of een vergelijkbaar niveau voor het veiligheidstoezicht op het voltooiingsproject van een grote opslagterminal in de haven van Rotterdam.

**De rol**

Als MVK - HSE-functionaris zorg je voor veilige werkpraktijken, met de nadruk op preventief risicomanagement. Dit houdt in dat je actief de kans verkleint dat gevaarlijke situaties ontstaan tijdens de afrondingsfase van het project. De rol is voor 80% buiten en 20% kantoor-gebaseerd, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het beheer van aannemers en het bijhouden van alle documentatie. Toezicht op aannemers zal zorgen voor veilige werkmethoden en effectief management in overeenstemming met de wetgeving. Je krijgt ondersteuning van de rest van het veiligheidsteam, bestaande uit ervaren Hogere Veiligheidsexperts (HVK) en een Arbeidshygiënist (AH).

**Selectiecriteria, ervaring en vaardigheden**
- Ervaring in civiele, bouw
- en E&I (Elektrotechniek en Instrumentatie) werkzaamheden.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is een pre.
- Tussen 7 en 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een HSE-functie op opslagterminals of bijbehorende energieverwerkingsfaciliteiten.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes.
- Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties.
- Uitvoeren en/of bijwonen van TRA’s (Taak Risico Analyses).
- Helpen bij het opstellen van werkmethoden/werkplannen.
- Advies geven aan het veiligheidsteam.
- Personeel instrueren, bijvoorbeeld over het gebruik van PBM’s (Persoonlijke Beschermingsmiddelen).
- Toezicht houden op wettelijke kaders.
- Verzorgen van site-introducties.
- Fysiek toegang verschaffen tot tanks en bijbehorende infrastructuur.
