Welcome to the heart of our Turnaround operations As Site Turnaround Team Leader you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence. Guided by the Turnaround Excellence Model (OES-043), your mission is to ensure Tier 1 milestones are met.
- Providing leadership to enable the organization to achieve GoalZERO Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance;
- Timely scope development with comprehensive content, boundary case, and prioritization;
- Owning and maintaining the site Boundary Case Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID);
- Ensuring alignment between site SAP and Turnaround/Shutdown (TA/STO) base/variable/incremental scope, including newly added equipment;
- Communicating status, key performance indicators, and metrics;
- Evaluating and closing out reports post-TA for your discipline.

**This is what you bring**:

- A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar role within the industry. This role requires a strong leadership style and the ability to effectively guide and inspire teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a process plant or similar environment, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
- Ideally, at least 5 years of prior experience in turnaround, project management, operations, or maintenance coordination, demonstrating the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, providing foundational knowledge necessary to thrive in this dynamic role.
- Fluency in English and ideally, your level of proficiency in Dutch is B2 (or willing to learn).
