Key Responsibilities- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
