Embark on a delectable journey as we seek a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to elevate our culinary excellence in the heart of Amsterdam's prestigious five-star haven.

**To qualify for this position, we ask the following**:

- You have a minimum of MBO Level 3 Degree
- You have experience in a similar position within pastry
- You are familiar with the Luxury Fine Dining Branch
- You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus

**What are you going to do in this position?**

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, your day will be filled with creating delicious pastries and desserts for our following Food & Beverage outlets;
- Fine dining restaurant Bridges
- Mediterranean Garden Bistro Oriole
- Afternoon Tea and Le Goûter in our Library d'Or
- Room Service
- Banqueting events

Your job is to make sure every treat we serve is top-notch and leaves our guests wanting more. It is important that you have a creative approach and that you are constantly looking for improvement in de products and the design of new creations.
