**De uitdaging**:
Als Team Leader geef jij leiding aan een team van Operators en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet worden gevolgd, en houdt daarbij altijd de budgetten in de gaten. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Group Leader.

Je hebt een sleutelpositie: naast het managen van je team, stimuleer je een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering, veiligheid en open communicatie. Dit maakt GKN Aerospace een Great Place to Work, waar talent en ontwikkeling centraal staan.

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Leidinggeven aan je team van Operators en hen coachen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- De productieprocessen continu verbeteren door gebruik van LEAN-methodieken.
- Ondersteunen van onze buitenlandse productielocaties.
- Zorgen voor een optimale kwaliteit en het behalen van productiedoelstellingen op basis van vastgestelde KPI’s.
- Voorbereiden en faciliteren van beoordelings-, functionerings
- en verzuimgesprekken.
- Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving door te sturen op naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuregels.
- Actief bijdragen aan verbeter
- en verandermanagement om de productieprocessen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

**Wat breng je mee?**:

- Een afgeronde MBO+ opleiding of HBO werk
- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving.
- Affiniteit met techniek en productie.
- Sterke besluitvaardigheid en het vermogen om als coach en mentor te fungeren voor je teamleden.
- Heldere communicatieve vaardigheden en de flexibiliteit om op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie draagvlak te creëren.
- Ervaring met verbeter
- en verandermanagement, zoals LEAN, is een pré.
- Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
