Job Summary
Als logistiek team in Papendrecht zorgen we met elkaar dat de productie de onderdelen beschikbaar heeft met de juiste kwaliteit, op het juiste moment en met de juiste hoeveelheid. Van ontvangst tot en met verzending, o.a.: lossen, controle, opslag, uitgifte, intern transport, uitslag, verzenddocumentatie & douaneformulieren, regelen van transport tot en met de fysieke verzending. Iedereen heeft zijn of haar specifieke rol in het logistieke proces.
Als teamleider geef je leiding aan een logistiek team van 8 tot 12 medewerkers en ben je continu bezig met het ontwikkelen van je mensen en het logistieke proces. Jij zorgt voor de koppeling tussen inkoop en productie, productie en verkoop, waarbij jij het team weet te enthousiasmeren. Wij zoeken mensgerichte leidinggevenden met oog voor continu verbeteren
Job Responsibilities
Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving Coachend leidinggeven aan het team goederenontvangst Het voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en voortgangsgesprekken De methodieken vanuit LEAN/5S toepassen en waar nodig procesverbeteringen aanbrengen Opzetten van een gestroomlijnde afdelingsstructuur en inrichting van het magazijn en logistieke processen Initiëren van verbeteringsacties, o.a. gericht op logistieke en productieprocessen, kwaliteitsafwijkingen, fysieke werkomgeving De connectie tussen de leverketen en productievloer, het zekerstellen van een juiste materiaalstroom conform de verwachting en behoefte Goede contacten onderhouden met interne klanten, heldere communicatiestroom over de voortgang van de processenJob Qualifications
MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een afgerond HBO diploma in de richting Logistiek of Supply Chain Management Minimaal 3-5 jaar (functioneel) leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de techniek Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Kennis van LEAN/5S methodiek is een pre Jij bent helder in jouw communicatie en weet draagvlak te creërenWhat's in it for you
