**Account Planner**

**Reports to**: Manager Account Planning

**Scope of the Job**

The Account Planner is the primary point of contact for flex workers and clients, focusing on JUMBO, GIANT, GXO in Overijssel/Drenthe and clients in Lelystad. You will manage operations such as transport, onboarding, planning, housing, and vehicle allocation.

**Place in Organization**

Reports to the Key Accountmanager and works closely with Housing & Mobility, Back office and Recruitment.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a service-oriented role
- **Languages**: Fluent in English and another eastern European language
- Willingness to learn Dutch (training covered by Sagius).
- **Other**: Valid driver’s license and availability to work outside regular office hours.

**Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**:

- Daily updates on housing, vehicles, and sickness reports.
- Preparing reports on flex workers.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Regular contact with sick employees to monitor recovery and availability.
- Weekly visits to JUMBO to evaluate service quality and planning.
- **Support and Coordination**:

- Manage company resources (BPM, clothing, badges) and register housing issues.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest cost-saving measures and participate in improvement projects.
- **Team Communication**:

- Participate in daily and online huddles for effective communication with team members.

- **Salary**: €2,500.00 - €3,700.00 per month
- **Location**: Flevoland/Overijssel/Drenthe and weekly travel to HQ in Zoetermeer. Company housing available if needed.

This role is crucial for the success of our services to JUMBO/GIANT/GXO and requires a proactive, Polish or other eastern EU language-speaking professional who can balance multiple responsibilities.
