**Job Profile: Housing Planner**

**Purpose of the Position**

The Housing Planner is responsible for managing all incoming housing incidents and scheduling field technicians for repairs and maintenance. The role ensures that housing meets SNF standards and coordinates the availability of beds for new arrivals.

**Position in the Organization**

The Housing Planner reports to the Business Manager and collaborates closely with all colleagues of housing, mobility, and account planning.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Required: MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working.
- Experience in administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Proficiency in English (Dutch is advantage).
- Possession of a Category B driver’s license.
- Familiarity with SNF housing standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Incident Management**
- Handle all incoming housing incidents promptly and efficiently.
- Log incidents in the system and ensure they are assigned to the appropriate technicians for resolution.

**Scheduling and Coordination**
- Schedule field technicians for necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with Account Planners to ensure bed availability for new arrivals and communicate housing needs effectively.

**Compliance and Standards**
- Ensure all housing facilities comply with SNF standards.
- Conduct SNF inspections as required and take necessary actions to maintain compliance.

**Field Visits**
- Occasionally visit housing sites to assess conditions and ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct on-site assessments and report findings to the Housing Manager.

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, repairs, and compliance checks.
- Generate reports and provide updates to the Business Manager and relevant stakeholders.

**Communication**
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues of Housing and Mobility, and other relevant parties.
- Provide clear instructions and updates regarding housing issues and resolutions.
