- 12+ maanden werkervaring in een sport-/modeklant
- en commercieel gerichte retailomgeving met gevorderde verkoopervaring en uitgebreide kennis van producten, detailhandel en branches.
- Teamleiderschap en klantenservice.
- KPI’s, achtergrond en begrip.
- Sterke analysevaardigheden.
- Sterke trainingsvaardigheden.
- Comfortabel feedbackgesprekken voeren.
- Planning van teamopstelling.

**UW TAKEN**:

- Het goede voorbeeld geven en coachen, de werkvloer coördineren en zorgen voor continue ontwikkeling voor het team in de winkel.
- Stimuleer de winkelverkoop samen met het team om het gestelde doel te bereiken door geweldige klantenservice te bieden.
- Zorg ervoor dat de winkel te allen tijde voldoet aan de merknormen, inclusief Visual Merchandising-normen, Aanvulling en Klantenservice om de beste winkelervaring voor de consument te creëren.
