**About the traineeship.**

This traineeship offers you a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sustainable business. Each of the trainee positions is distinct, tied to a department within a specific business area and working location. This means that each position has its own tailored responsibilities, challenges and matching profile.

**Your role as a Trainee - Project Management I Offshore Portfolio**

You will collaborate with the leadership team in Project Development for Offshore Wind and in particular the Portfolio Director, overseeing and managing a portfolio of Offshore Wind projects in various stages of project development, from early stage/greenfield opportunities until handover to the build organization.

Your responsibilities:

- Portfolio management tasks in the area of project development
- Further development of portfolio cockpit and portfolio reporting in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of Offshore Development
- Preparation of monthly portfolio and decision meetings
- Involvement in portfolio initiatives (e.g. portfolio strategy, portfolio optimization, market development or similar)

**Qualifications** Your qualifications as a Trainee - Project Management I Offshore Portfolio**
- Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Relevant practical experience such as an internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or portfolio management
- Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships
- Advanced level of working with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience in working with PowerBI is considered a plus

- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach

To be considered for our traineeship, you should:

- Be a recent graduate with an academic degree or expected graduation before March 2025.
- Have maximum one year of work experience.
- Be fluent in English. Skills in other languages can be a merit.
- Be willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.
- Identify with our principles: active, open, positive and safety.

**Location**:
You will be working in the department Project Development and located in Kolding (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany) or Amsterdam (Netherlands).
