**THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**

**Your core accountabilities are to...**
- Be responsible for the communication between the Account Managers (Shell Fleet Solutions)/Lease Accounts and the Inside Sales BeNeLux department;
- Handle questions and complaints from the Lease Companies in the Netherlands and Belgium;
- Have weekly check-ins with Lease Companies in the Netherlands and Belgium;
- Work closely with the Account Managers of Shell Fleet Solutions and the linked Lease Accounts;
- Maintain the Account Support queue, make sure that the Accounts will receive a response within 24 hours;
- Monitor questions and complaints in order to improve certain processes/Ways of Working when needed;
- Be the link between BeNeLux Inside Sales team and the BeNeLux Lease Companies;
- Be an important link between other departments within Shell Recharge, such as Customer Excellence, Technical Support, Local Operations, Delivery and planning to ensure that certain processes run smoothly;
- Monitor cancelled/unnecessary requests;
- Tracking orders (maintain order lists) to make sure that every sell will also be installed properly;
- Update the Account Support Way of Work document;
- Update the FAQ documents/pages for Lease Accounts;
- Be part of the Belgian LeasePlan Hypercare team;
- Be able to advice (indirect) customers on fusebox/electricity/charge capacity related topics (for example, when to upgrade your fusebox capacity when driving a full-electric vehicle with the charge capacity of 11kW);
- Be able to advice (indirect) customers on trajectory determination (cable route from fusebox to charge point);
- Send out and analyse track surveys focussed on Customer Satisfaction (Lease Accounts).

**THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**Have experience** in **
- Sales Force (is highly preferred)
- Speaking and writing in Dutch fluently
- Speaking and writing in (Business) English fluently
- Speaking and writing French (not a must but would be beneficial)
- Sales/Inside Sales/Account Management (at least 1 year of experience in previous jobs)
- Fusebox/electricity/charge capacity knowledge (is highly preferred)
- Secondary or higher professional education (is highly preferred)
- Process optimization
