You support our team as
**HR Generalist - part-time (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations by liaising with employment agencies, overseeing hours, feedback, and interim reviews
- Manage time, absenteeism, leave, and overtime records, ensuring Dutch compliance
- Provide assistance to employees on sick leave
- Conduct performance reviews and handle associated pay adjustments
- Assist in local training and development initiatives by coordinating training logistics
- Monitor employee training through our training management system in order to keep track of the employability and qualifications of employees
- Enhance & optimize job descriptions of our operators to align with evolving industry standards, fostering engagement and maximizing operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to corporate and local policies, rules, and standards. Handle contract matters efficiently
**Qualifications**:
- Very strong understanding of HR principles and practices including employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- 5 or more years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Problem solving skills to address employee issues, conflicts and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive HR information and employee data.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
- Fluent in Dutch & very good knowledge of English
