**Job Title**: Consumer Care Intern

**Location**:Eindhoven

**Department**:Consumer Care

**Reports To**: Strategic Commercialized Training Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Support:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and report on customer interactions and feedback.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
- Assist in developing and updating consumer care documentation and resources.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Consumer Care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest product information and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year HBO program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Feb-2025
