Beiersdorf NL with its approximately 100 employees is now looking for a Field Sales & Sales Coordinator for a part-time role (24-32 hours/week) and for a limited period of time to cover for a colleague on sick leave. In this sales role, you will be part of the Pharmacy team which is responsible for marketing and sales of our EUCERIN brand. We are looking for someone who is experienced with selling to pharmacies, enjoys to be a connecting link, and enjoys working in the international, dynamic work environment of an FMCG corporate. You also will be steering four field sales representatives.

**Your Tasks**:
**Sales Coordinator**
- Responsible for and manages all logistic sales tasks towards customers in close collaboration with Key account manager (KAM) and Sales manager, e.g. logistic data for customers, pricelists, NOVO, Z-index etc.
- Leads & ensures correct execution of Selective Distribution (SD) contract and continuously monitors and aligns with KAM making the necessary steps to ensure compliant customers

**Field Sales Coordinator**
- Responsible for and manages the field sales team. Making sure they have all the necessary materials on time, e.g. one-pagers, products, mini’s, sales book etc.
- Goes on joint visits to support, coach and steer the field sales representatives
- Responsible for managing the CRM tool and collecting all data from it and analyses them
- Stimulates and encourages team to seize all business opportunities in line with objectives, strategies and budgets
- Proposes to Business lead quarterly objectives for the field team, tracks cycle progress and takes the necessary corrective action to ensure objectives are met
- Inform the Shopper&Customer Marketing (S&CM) manager on display sales from the field team and together takes the necessary corrective action to ensure objectives are met
- Prepares & leads the quarterly cycle meetings in cooperation with the S&CM manager and ensures implementation and excellent execution by the field
- Collects insights from the field sales team and actively shares them with colleagues e.g. during team meetings
- Collects and shares information from the field, and alerts internal staff to any problems, malfunctions or other challenges that may hamper implementation of the plans

**Your Profile**:

- HBO or WO degree (bachelor/master) in Sales
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales / Field Sales, ideally to pharmacies
- If managing field sales representatives: Minimum of 2 years team management experience
- Fluent in Dutch & good understanding in English in word and writing
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and commercial
- Agile mentality towards change and problem solving skills
- Performance and result oriented with customer focus
