**As a custom-made operations coordinator, you will be responsible for managing data and communication for the custom-made program.You will work closely with the team to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create an accurate and effective communication brief
- Gather store feedback and drive improvements for weekly communication
- Create and maintain fabrics and attributes, options and descriptions, and ensure all information is displayed correctly
- Ensure all ready-to-wear (RTW) to custom-made (CM) links are set up and working
- Process fabric assortment to construct CM booklets and gather feedback to approve booklet design
- Collaborate with production and allocation to distribute up-to-date fitting series
- Collaborate with online merchandisers to maintain up-to-date swatch offerings
- Process fabric assortment for rendering and layering, and construct new option briefings for 3rd party rendering company
- Ensure the delivery of new fabric renders prior to the launch of the new season
- Collaborate with IT development to enable the launch of new options and check RTW vs render visuals.

**This job might be for you if you**:

- Have 1-3 years of experience within retail ; experince with a custom-made program is perfered.
- Are data-driven and process oriented;
- Are an excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different types of people;
- Have the ability to handle quick changes within the team and responsibilities;
- Have the ability to adapt to others people's perspectives and drive down to the core of discussions;
- Can speak Chinese, it's a plus
