**Your Impact****:
As a Business Information Analyst, you will help your customers towards a future-oriented design and organization of their IT landscape and processes.
You have a broad role in Digital Transformation projects, in which you are able to advise our customers on the what and how in realizing their IT Roadmap.
You know our customer's needs and bottlenecks at process level and know how to translate these into IT requirements and designs. You help them to work more efficiently, implement strategies or new business models and deliver new services.
In addition to working on assignments, you also work on your development. You can participate in several communities within Ordina that serve as platforms for knowledge sharing, asset development and professional development. Communities regularly hold knowledge sessions and serve as a source of information for various problems that our consultants encounter.

**Where you're going to get started****:
Ordina North is the Digital Transformation partner for customers in the North. We advise on business challenges through smart IT technology and our extensive knowledge on executing change. We use our (regional) market and customer knowledge and use this as a basis to advise and realize change in the area of business, organization, IT & Data.
At Ordina we use our successful concept of so-called High Performance Teams in which consultants work with a team of Ordina colleagues to implement solutions together with the customer. Our teams work on challenging assignments in which professional growth, cooperation and achieving results are key.
Ordina North plays an important role in realizing the (IT) ambitions of our customers. In addition to the Strategy and Business Design team, Ordina North has two other advisory teams: Digital Product Management & Organization and Team Transformation. There are also three Development teams in the field of Java, Microsoft & Frontend as well as a team focused on Agile Testing. Together with your colleagues you will bring expertise and experience on an organizational as well as a technical level to our clients.
You will work within the Strategy & Business Design practice where we solve our clients digital challenges.
We provide the thinking and doing when it comes to consulting, digital transformations and implementations. The team consists of analysts, business consultants and project & program managers.
**This is you****:
- A university or applied university degree (WO or HBO);
- At least 2 years of work experience;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language. For non-native speakers, at least at B2 level.
- Experience in mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs and user stories;
Oversight of business processes and the IT landscape and able to spot improvement opportunities in the IT landscape or individual systems;As a Business & Information Analyst, you know how to optimize the value of IT through a good understanding of the business and its requirements. You are able to oversee processes, ask the right questions to the right people and see opportunities for improvement. You translate these into user stories, requirements and/or use cases. As a consultant, you are able to motivate and coach your colleagues to deliver the best results together. You can work in a team (High Performance Teams) as well as independently and enjoy working with modern requirements engineering methods and techniques. You strive for both personal and professional improvement, and you spend time visiting events, following trends or following courses. Furthermore, you have got a healthy dose of curiosity, creativity, and guts.
