Heb je affiniteit en ervaring met online marketing en advertising en lijkt het je tof en uitdagend om dagelijks met veel verschillende campagnes bezig te zijn? Reshift Studios, het interne contentmarketingbureau van Reshift, is op zoek naar een Performance Manager. De Performance Manager die wij zoeken, heeft een uitvoerende rol met betrekking tot het behalen van de doelen die zijn gesteld voor de KPI’s van campagnes voor onze klanten. De Performance Manager draagt z’n steentje bij aan het succes van de campagnes voor klanten zoals Samsung, Bol, LG en Google.

**OVER DE ROL**

Als Performance Manager bij Reshift Studios ben je dagelijks bezig met het opzetten, monitoren en optimaliseren van de aanjaging van de contentmarketingcampagnes voor klanten. Dit doe je in afstemming binnen het team. Je hebt hiervoor een tal van (organische en paid) performance marketing tools tot je beschikking. Je maakt, mede met de campagnecoördinators binnen het team, een succes van de campagne.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**

De Performance Manager is verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het opzetten, monitoren en optimaliseren van de aanjaging voor performance marketing campagnes van Reshift Studios
- Je maakt voor elke campagne een strategisch mediaplan: de belangrijkste doelen, kpi’s en targets in acht nemende
- Je weet een strategische afweging te maken tussen de organische en paid tools die je tot je beschikking hebt
- Je werkt met advertising tools als Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Snapchat en DV360
- Je beheert de paid social media die ingezet wordt voor onze campagnes
- Je verkent nieuw in te zetten en toffe advertising tools zoals Reddit, Spotify of mogelijkheden op het gebied van Generative AI
- Je bewaakt de performance budgetten en zet deze zo efficiënt mogelijk in op de kanalen die je tot je beschikking hebt
- Je werkt samen met het campagnecoördinatieteam en je zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen met betrekking tot de campagne klaar zijn voor lancering en geoptimaliseerd voor ieder kanaal
- Je rapporteert de resultaten, conversies en online sales (zowel intern aan het team als extern richting klanten)
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle contentmarketingwerkzaamheden behorend bij een campagne, overeenkomen met de gestelde KPI’s in de briefing en het met de klant overeengekomen eindresultaat, en dat de rapporten en data van hoogwaardige kwaliteit zijn
- Je draagt mogelijkheden aan op het gebied van KPI’s die we de klant voor onze campagnes kunnen bieden

Je brengt het volgende profiel met je mee:

- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als performance marketingspecialist, online marketeer of een vergelijkbare functie
- Vaardigheden in plannen, lanceren en aansturen van socialmediacampagnes
- Je weet alles van CTO, CTR, CPC, CPA en CTA’s
- Kennis van en ervaring met analytische systemen, zoals Google Analytics en Looker Studio
- Kennis van de laatste trends en toepassingen op het gebied van online-, contentmarketing en social media
- Kennis van trends op het gebied van contentpublicatie en weten hoe deze te optimaliseren voor YouTube, Instagram, Facebook en LinkedIn
- Verdiepen in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van online marketing en advertising
- Je werkt datagedreven, hebt oog voor detail en een pioniersgeest
- Ervaring met SEO en/of SEA is een pré
- Ervaring aan bureauzijde is een pré

**Jouw werkplek**
Je werkt in ons eigen pand, een omgebouwde garage in Haarlem. Goed bereikbaar met OV, en als je vanuit de richting Amsterdam komt, kan je elke ochtend naar de mensen in de file in de tegengestelde richting zwaaien. Het bedrijf is informeel, succesvol en mensgericht.
