De **Sample Management Officer** is verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming met de interne afdelingen als het gaat om het QC-testplan en coördineert tests die worden uitgevoerd door QC en externe laboratoria. De Sample Management Officer is verantwoordelijk voor het monsterbeheer, inclusief het toezicht op de gehele workflow van het verzamelen, verwerken, distribueren, opslaan, vernietigen en ophalen van productie, ontwikkeling, inkomende goederen, stabiliteit, milieumonitoring van monsters en alle monsterrelevante gegevens.

Daarnaast is hij of zij verantwoordelijk voor de levering van laboratoriuminventaris. De Sample Management Officer staat in contact met interne en externe belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat alle verschillende soorten monsters op tijd worden getest, rekening houdend met vrijgaveprioriteiten, nalevingsvereisten en bedrijfscontinuïteitsbehoeften. Bij afwezigheid van de Supervisor QC Sample Management treedt de Sample Management Officer op als zijn of haar plaatsvervanger.

Your tasks
- Inzicht geven in de capaciteit van externe laboratoria.
- Vertegenwoordig het monstermanagement bij planningsgerelateerde activiteiten, zoals planningsvergaderingen.
- Houd een voorbeeldtestplan bij en volg de status ervan.
- Coördineren tussen interne afdelingen en QC-laboratoria over Sample Management gerelateerde zaken.
- Afstemmen met externe laboratoria over de werklast en voortgang van analyses.
- Onderneem actie bij vertragingen en escaleer indien nodig.
- Beheer de proefmonsters, inclusief het aanvragen, ontvangen, verwerken, distribueren, verzenden, opslaan en vernietigen.
- Beheer referentiemonsters, inclusief ontvangst, opslag, tracking en vernietiging.
- Zorg ervoor dat alle monsters te allen tijde onder de juiste omstandigheden worden opgeslagen en vervoerd en dat traceerbaarheid en compliance zijn gegarandeerd.
- Beheer en analyse van procesresultaten van externe laboratoria.
- Beheer IHRP, standaarden en serumvoorraad.
- Bestel en zorg voor een tijdige levering van laboratoriumreagentia en -materialen op basis van de laboratoriumfeedback.
- Zorg voor training met betrekking tot het hanteren van monsters.
- Onderhoud en volg alle relevante Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Schrijven en opvolgen van wijzigingen, afwijkingen (o.a. OOS) en CAPA's.
- Assisteren bij of het leiden van probleemoplossende initiatieven
- Escaleer de behoeften en verbeteringen binnen Sample Management naar de Supervisor QC Sample Management.
- Fungeren als plaatsvervanger en ‘aanspreekpunt’ bij afwezigheid van de toezichthouder.
- Is bereid om indien nodig aanvullende taken uit te voeren.

You have
- Minimaal HBO-opleidingsniveau
- Enkele jaren ervaring in de farmaceutische en/of biochemische industrie
- Kennis van GMP
- Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Goede communicatie met verschillende werkniveaus
- Kennis van MS-Office, geavanceerde kennis van Excel, LIMS, ERP en eQMS-systemen
