Currently, we are embarking on an exciting journey of constructing a cutting-edge facility to further bolster our capabilities.

For our new biomanufacturing facility in Leiden we are looking for a Project Management Officer.

**About the role**
As a Project Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic project team tasked with the construction of our new facility. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth, with the potential to transition into a Project Manager position upon project completion. Reporting directly to the Project Manager Operational Readiness, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of the project within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and subteam Leads to ensure project completion within established timelines and budget.
- Take the lead in coordinating project focus subteams.
- Consolidate and integrate multiple subteam project plans into a cohesive overall project plan, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential clashes to the Project Manager and project teams.
- Assist in organizing and documenting project team meetings, including maintaining meeting minutes and action lists.
- Identify resource requirements and dependencies between project activities.
- Contribute to the generation of management reports and presentations.

Required Skillsets/Experience:

- 4-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and production environments.
- Sound understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and verbal.
- Adaptive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
