**FunctionDescription**: Als NOC Coordinator maak je deel uit van het Network Operations Center (NOC) team en richt jij je op het signaleren, registeren, informeren en rapporteren van/over proactieve meldingen. Maar daarnaast is er veel meer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten en onderhouden van de tooling die deze dienstverlening mogelijk maakt. Je draagt zorg voor de dagelijkse ochtendcontrole bij klanten op basis van monitor tooling. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat als focus heeft om een excellente dienstverlening te geven. Initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid, verandering en verbetering is hier een dagelijks onderwerp. Doel is om te signaleren voordat er een merkbaar verschil is voor de eindgebruiker.

**JobRequirements**:
Wij zoeken een gedreven collega die zich herkent in de hiervoor geschetste werkzaamheden en meedenkt en -doet in ons doel om de service aan onze klanten naar “the next level” te tillen. Jij beschikt mínimaal over een HBO werk
- en denkniveau, aangevuld met recente certificeringen op het gebied van Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet en/of ander netwerk certificeringen. Je hebt ervaring in beheer en monitoring, bent leergierig, accuraat, flexibel, innovatief en weet welke elementen kritisch zijn als het gaat om monitoring. Je wil de klantbeleving snappen en je hebt een drive om constant processen en systemen te verbeteren. Het is absoluut een pre als je ervaring en kennis hebt over LogicMonitor. Je neemt deel aan de standby-dienst.
