As our **Talent Acquisition Business Partner **you will be responsible for fulfilling our hiring needs in our Sales & Marketing domains. You will work closely together with the hiring managers in these departments and you will play a key role in advising them on hiring and talent related topics. You will also work together with a medior Talent Recruiter to execute the hiring roadmap of these departments. Finally, your experience and point of view will help us to improve our team and step up our game.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, streamline the recruitment process, and align on hiring needs.
- Execute the hiring roadmap in partnership with the team lead, driving key recruitment KPIs such as time to hire and number of hires per month.
- Advise on salary ranges, job titles, and job descriptions, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment within your domain.
- Proactively push vacancies through recruitment marketing, campaigns, and collaboration with external partners.
- Mentor and coach the junior/medior talent recruiter, as well as hiring managers, on effective interview techniques and recruitment best practices.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on high-volume environments and sales & marketing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and advise on salary ranges and job titles based on market trends.
- Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills, with the ability to build extensive networks and ensure alignment across teams.
- Initiative, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Fluency in English, with Dutch being a preference, and a high level of independence and energy.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and coach both junior recruiters and hiring managers.
