ADM WILD Netherlands B.V. is gevestigd in de haven van Amsterdam en gespecialiseerd in het blenden van vruchtensapconcentraten voor industriële en foodservice klanten. Bij ADM krijg jij als Productie Manager de kans je kennis en ervaring toe te passen voor het waarborgen van een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je coacht je medewerkers, ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling en voert alle people management taken uit. Ook je eigen ontwikkeling vind je belangrijk en je hebt de ambitie om bij ADM nog een volgende stap te maken. Als lid van het Management Team, rapporterend aan de Plant Manager, speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze ambitieuze doelen. **Je verantwoordelijkheden**
- Veiligheid Voorop: Jij bouwt verder aan onze cultuur van veiligheid, waar iedereen werkt volgens de wettelijke en onze hoge ADM-kwaliteits-, veiligheids
- en milieunormen.
- Kwaliteit Waarborgen: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle processen volgens de norm, first time right, verlopen.
- Topteam Ontwikkelen: Je bouwt aan een gemotiveerd, opgeleid team met een concreet trainingsprogramma.
- Resultaten Transparant: Je analyseert en rapporteert de resultaten en stimuleert eigenaarschap in je team.
- Betrouwbare Processen: Je borgt eerstelijns onderhoud en het optimale gebruik van alle productieapparatuur.
- Continu Verbeteren: Je produceert binnen budget en streeft altijd naar verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
- Verbeterplannen Initiëren: Je initieert en realiseert verbeterplannen voor jouw afdeling of locatie.
- Samenwerking Versterken: Je bevordert een optimale en prettige samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
- Coaching en Feedback: Je creëert een cultuur van coaching en feedback, waarin medewerkers goed geïnformeerd zijn over hun prestaties en ontwikkelingen binnen het team en onze locatie.

**Wat vragen wij**
Voor deze uitdagende functie in een productie-omgeving, verwachten wij dat je jezelf herkent in het volgende profiel:

- Afgeronde HBO opleiding in levensmiddelen technologie of techniek
- Minimaal 5 jaar senior ervaring in een productiemanagementrol met ervaring en passie voor continu verbeteren
- Ruim 10 jaar werkervaring in levensmiddelen of farmaceutisch productiebedrijf
- Een leider die graag functioneert in een dynamische omgeving en de plantmanager wil vervangen
- Een rolmodel met een coachende stijl, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht
- De communicatieve vaardigheden van een team speler, die verbindt, inspireert en motiveert
- Kennis en ervaring met data analyse & rapportage, SAP en geautomatiseerde fabrieksprocessen (MES / SCADA)
- Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal
