**Lab Analyst**
Full-time

Lab Analyst bij ICL betekent een rol met veel afwisseling. We hebben namelijk een uitgebreid lab waar we veel verschillende analyses uitvoeren. Je kunt ook onderzoekswerk uitvoeren, of methode ontwikkeling en validatie en andere projectwerkzaamheden. We investeren veel in onze mensen en vinden het belangrijk dat jij je ook verder ontwikkelt.

**Over de functie**
Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van ons kwaliteitsteam van ongeveer 11 personen, bestaande uit o.a. een lab technician, Analisten en Senior Analisten. Samen werkt dit team aan alle metingen en beoordelingen van de producten (grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten) en verpakkingen. Wanneer je de producten beter hebt leren kennen, zal je analyses uitvoeren en de karakteristieke eigenschappen en de afwijkingen ervan leren herkennen.

Belangrijke werkzaamheden zullen verder onder andere zijn:

- De Analyst bemonstert inkomende en uitgaande producten en beoordeelt deze in eerste instantie visueel.
- Voert chemische en fysische analyses uit volgens bestaande werkvoorschriften en procedures.
- Interpreteert de meetresultaten en brengt deze in een database (LIMS).
- Geeft wel of geen toestemming tot verdere (be)handeling van specifieke producten door andere afdelingen (‘vrijgaves’), dit geldt voor alle producten.
- Vraagt eventueel retest monsters aan.
- Zorgt bij afkeur voor een herverwerking, al dan niet in samenwerking met R&D, productie en marketing.
- Analyseert lange termijn meetgegevens met als doel om bv. tot proces verbeteringen te komen, besparingen te realiseren, specificatie aanpassingen voor te stellen of afkeur te verminderen.
- Zorgt voor goed functionerende analysemethodieken en analyse apparatuur.
- Ontwikkelt en/of valideert analysemethode en analyse apparatuur.
- Voert (verbeter)projecten uit en rapporteert deze.

**Over jou?**
Wij zoeken iemand met ervaring in een laboratorium. Je hebt al de nodige ervaring en een opleiding zoals (4 jarige) MLO of HLO. Je hebt ervaring opgedaan met chemisch testen en bent dus vertrouwd met de belangrijkste analysemethodes. Je kunt gestructureerd werken en bent analytisch. Jij communiceert gemakkelijk en duidelijk met andere afdelingen (productie, processing, logistiek, planning, marketing en sales).

Je brengt mee:

- Minimaal een afgeronde HLO-opleiding chemische richting en mínimaal een jaar ervaring binnen de QA-afdeling is mínimaal vereist of een afgeronde MLO-opleiding chemisch richting met enkele jaren ervaring binnen de QA-afdeling
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal
- Uitgebreide Microsoft Office kennis, LIMS, Minitab
- Ervaring met werken met een ERP systeem en een Warehouse management systeem
- Ervaring met werken onder kwaliteitssystemen (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001).
