About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement, inventory control, and distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform supply chain and logistics functions, including material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution.
  • Create integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers.
  • Plan and analyze activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in an international environment.
  • Analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in MS-Office.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Contributes to KPI and performance settings.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP.
  • Adaptable to change and able to prioritize multiple day-to-day activities and projects.
  • Ability to give operational support combined with a continuous improvement mindset and drive changes.
