Voor onze Bottega Veneta boetiek op Schiphol zijn wij op zoek naar een klantgerichte collega voor 3 dagen per week (parttime). De key in deze functie is het verlenen van uitstekende service aan onze klanten. Je verdiept je in het merk Bottega Veneta en leert alles over de producten van dit Italiaanse lederhuis.
**Dit is wat je gaat doen**:
In deze functie is het belangrijk om uitzonderlijke service te verlenen die aansluit bij de focus van het merk. Bottega Veneta staat voor luxe, hoogwaardige producten en iconische details. We vinden het belangrijk dat jij de service kunt verlenen die hierbij past en dat je je kunt vinden in het volgende:
- Je bent leergierig, je gaat je verdiepen in de producten van het merk Bottega Veneta;
- Je kunt passende sales technieken gebruiken;
- Je persoonlijke presence is in lijn met de standaarden van het merk.
De Bottega Veneta boetiek op Schiphol is gevestigd in Lounge 2 (na security). De winkel is 7 dagen per week geopend van 5.30 uur - 21.30 uur. De ruime openingstijden van de winkel zijn voor jou een pluspunt, zodat je kunt werken met flexibele tijden.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Jij hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring als verkoopmedewerker in het luxe segment;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Spreek je Mandarijn, dan is dit een pre;
- Jij bent een sterke teamplayer;
- Jij kunt een relatie opbouwen met de klanten en je kunt je makkelijk aanpassen aan een "snelle" en dynamische omgeving.
**Wat kan jij van ons verwachten?**
Naast werken in een prachtige winkel op één van de mooiste luchthavens van Europa, bieden we je ook het volgende:
- €14,50 bruto per uur exclusief vakantiegeld en toeslagen (vanaf 21 jaar);
- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- Maximaal 27 vrije dagen (op basis van fulltime dienstverband);
- Pensioenregeling;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden;
- Personeelskorting van 20% op al onze producten;
- Betaalde parkeerplaats op Schiphol;
- Zicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
**Het merk en de winkel**
Bottega Veneta is een Italiaans modehuis, wat bekend staat om de kwaliteit van het leder van hun producten. Het merk onderscheid zich door het mooie vakmanschap en kwaliteit van het design. Alle producten worden met de hand gemaakt en staan voor _timeless luxury_.
Onze boetiek op Schiphol is ongeveer 70 vierkante meter groot. De collectie is een afspiegeling van de totale collectie, maar afgestemd op de travel en retail business.
