Raw Material Planner

**Raw Material Planner**:
Reporting to: Planning Manager

Location(s): Pierson Road, The Enterprise Campus, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YA

Hours of work: 40 hours, working 5 days in 7 days per week including 1 weekend in 12, as part of weekly rota alongside any weekend working through the peak period

**Purpose of the role**:

- Monitor current raw material stock holding levels against customer forecasts and orders
- Scheduling of Packhouse volumes
- Future ordering requirements by grower 13 weeks ahead

**Critical Success Factors**:

- Maintaining the accuracy of the Material ordering models.
- Maintaining excellent customer service levels internally and externally.
- Communicating effectively with all key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that forecasted ordering is accurate to ensure customer orders are met
- Minimising waste of raw materials.

**Person Profile**:
Qualifications: None required

**Skills and Experience**
- Excel - intermediate to advanced level
- Ability to work with multiple functions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Negotiation skills with both internal and external customers
