**Senior Solution Architect**:
Your primary responsibility is to design engineering solutions that align with business needs and adhere to architectural standards. You will also work to standardize platforms and tools, identifying and proposing appropriate technology solutions to meet business requirements.
**Top 3 Responsibilities**:
- **Delivering top solutions** by leveraging the best available platforms and technologies in collaboration with the business.
- **Collaborating with internal stakeholders** to ensure solutions are optimized for functionality, reliability, scalability, security, and cost, while contributing to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices.
**Practical Examples**:
- Create Project Start Architecture (Solution Intent) and coordinate with stakeholders and architecture boards for approval.
- Translate business and IT requirements into functional architectural designs, aligned with the area business architect and responsible squads.
- Oversee design and implementation, supporting squads with architectural guidance when necessary.
- Communicate and explain business functions and processes to stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Act as an advisor to leadership in decision-making processes.
**Your Skills and Talents**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Architect.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking industry.
- Proficiency in **.NET** development and its integration into architectural designs.
- Experience with ArchiMate (and ARIS) is preferred.
- Expertise in architecture methods and techniques.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining service architectures.
- Ability to collaborate and facilitate architectural discussions with squads.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to voice professional opinions.
- Proactive, initiative-taking, and able to handle complex, dynamic areas.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting is a plus.
